I have just accepted a consulting job in North Carolina, in the Raleigh - Durham area. This means that I will be away all week and just back most weekends. Sue will come with me most weeks but at times will have to stay home and mind the fort.
We drove down this week (7 hours and dreadful traffic) to look at apartments since we'll need somewhere decent to stay while we're down there. Hotels work out too expensive. Anyway we found a couple that Sue liked and I think we settled on a two bedroomed, ground floor apartment at Providence Apartments....

Seems comfortable enough and Sue can walk to a huge shopping center called Brier Creek Commons, that has every shop and restaurant that you could imagine.
The job looks good so far, I'll give it a go and look at it again in six months......

Maggie's first "Formal"
Maggie went to the Father-Daughter dance at the girl scouts.
She got to have her hair done and wear a "prom" dress with a corsage from her Daddy.
